Group Classes – Policies

Ground Rules:

All training grounds have their rules, and we are no exception please download and read the ground rules before attendance, as failure to comply to the ground rules may result in you and your dog going home early, and we would prefer it much more, if you could stay and have some fun.

Remember your vaccination certificate will need to be sighted by your trainer, for the health and safety of all dogs who attend our classes.

Payment Policy:

All Class Fees are due on the first day of class, a deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking to secure your place.  Registrations forms will then be emailed to you to complete along with the course syllabus.  Please either email forms in return or bring to first class.

We offer an Early Bird Discount of $20 for those who pay upfront at the time of booking 3 days prior to class start date.

Online Payment's are made via Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card online.  Direct deposit is also available, please contact us for details,. Credit Card payment over the phone is an option and Eftpos facilities will be provided on training nights for course payments.

Refund Policy:

Please note, deposits are not refundable but are transferable to the next session of classes.  Early bird payments are refundable until the day of the first class, minus a $30 administration fee.   If class is cancelled due failure to reach minimum class sizes at the beginning of the course, options will be provided to transfer to the next available course or receive a full refund.
